Mediterranean pizettas

These mini pizzas are deceptively simple, considering the flavor packed into each bite.
Our secret weapon for this and many dishes, is green tabasco sauce. It adds a touch of heat with just a little bit of salt and brings all of the warm flavors of red onions, feta, swiss chard, and black olives together on top of a slightly crisped pita. We were trying to use the rest of the black olives left over from the Linguine, or we would have used kalamata here too though they still tasted really delicious.
Mmmm. Very tasty yet easy meal in the form of little individual pizzas. Two thumbs up! xN
